Complete an Intake Form

To begin, we will kindly request you to fill out our Intake Form. This form is designed to gather all pertinent details about you and your pet(s), ensuring that you are eligible for GOGO's services.

Wait for Review

Once we receive your Intake Form Submission, we'll review your information to see if we're a great match. Once you're approved, we'll set up your account and happily let you know that Online Booking is now at your fingertips.

When it's time, just hop on in! Log in using your phone number, select the service and a date that suits you best. We'll make sure to keep you posted with notifications every step of the way.

Why choose GOGO?

  • 1. Book an Appointment Online
    We require all booking for appointments to be completed online. This ensures that you're in our service area and displays possible dates and times based on your home address. Please utilize a cellular phone number with text messaging capability as the main phone number on your account, as this serves as login credentials for future services. Once your appointment request has been submitted, you'll receive confirmation once your appointment has been accepted and successfully booked.
  • 2. Arrival and Check In
    On the day of your scheduled appointment, you will recieve a text message serving as a final reminder of your appointment. Our groomers will keep in contact as necessary for arrival times, whether earlier or later than originally scheduled. Once they've arrived, our groomers will review services booked and final details pertaining to the appointment. Also, there is no need to remove your pet's collar. For households with multiple dogs, only one dog at a time will be serviced. We will provide our own water and electricity and remain inside of our vehicle for the duration of the service.
  • 3. Check Out
    After completion of the grooming/bathing service, our groomers will return your pet as dry as possible. Our groomers will have a mobile credit card reader, and cash is also accepted. If you choose to leave a tip, this can be done at the time of check out.
  • 4. Rebooking and Future Service
    Our groomers will recommend a time to rebook and provide available times. We recommend appointments rebooked at the time of the previous appointment as the schedule fills quickly. If you choose to rebook at a later time, just visit our website and login with your phone number and text message verification code.
  • Am I in your service area?
    We currently offer bathing services to zip codes 30064, 30101, 30102, 30127, 30144, 30152 & 30160. If we don't currently service your area, check back as new routes are being added over time!
  • Do you groom or bathe cats?
    At this time, no, we do not bathe cats.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    Check out our offered services and prices here and request an appointment here. Please note, you must be a registered user to book an appointment. If you are not a registered user, simply register by selecting the "New Customer" option from the Book an Appointment link. Our booking process is completely online, however you can always reach out to us if you have questions, by using this page. Please note, time of day preference for appointments cannot be guaranteed. Our routes are optimized for efficiency and to allow for the maximum number of pets serviced as possible. Although our appointment booking portal will allow you to select a day and time, please know that the time cannot be guaranteed. The day you have chosen will remain the same, but final appointment times are subject to route optimization. You will receive a SMS text message from us 3 days prior to your appointment with an accurate arrival time, at which point you can confirm or reschedule/cancel.
  • What information do you need about my pet?
    When you first register for our bathing or grooming services, we'll ask you for your dog's information. We'll need: Your dog's weight Your dog's rabies vaccination administration or expiration date Any health issues your dog may have that we should be aware of We'll also ask for the name and phone number of your veterinarian, and we keep track of this information in our systems, so you'll only need to tell us once, unless you change vets.
  • What do I do if I need to change my appointment?
    Change is okay! The easiest way to change your appointment date or time is to email us at info@gogomobilegroomers.com, or to simply respond to the SMS text messages you have received from us. We do, however, ask that any changes be made at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance.
  • How long will the bath or groom take?
    The amount of time required varies based on your pet's condition and services requested. Our groomers will be able to provide an estimation upon checking in your pet.
  • What vaccinations are required?
    We require vaccinations based on the age of your pet: Puppies under 16 weeks, two sets of puppy distemper, hepatitis and parvovirus vaccinations Puppies over 16 weeks and adults, rabies vaccinations Please note, for the safety of your pet, we will be unable to provide services within 24 hours of vaccination administration.
  • Do I need to be home when your groomers arrive?
    The pet parent must be home when our groomers arrive, and the appointment is subject to cancellation if an adult is not present. This includes dogs left in backyards or kennels, as our groomers will not enter fences or gates to retrieve dogs for bathing or grooming.
  • What if my pet is matted?
    GOGO Bathers will offer the most humane solution for dematting your pet. Typical dematting techniques are painful if the knotting is too close to the skin, so we often recommend shaving the problem areas, as it is most humane. Our bathers reserve the right to deny service if they believe a pet is too heavily matted to safely and humanely bathe.
  • What if I discover fleas on my dog?
    We offer a flea & tick treatment that will kill and repel fleas and ticks for up to seven days. Please disclose this information at check in if you are aware, as we maintain strict cleanliness standards in our vehicles. If your pet is discovered to have fleas during the grooming process, GOGO Bathers reserves the right to administer a flea and tick bath at the pet parent's expense.
  • What are your prices?
    To view a complete list of our services and prices, visit this page. Please note, these are starting rates, and final payment due may vary based on coat length, condition and/or pet temperament.
  • What kinds of shampoos do you use to bathe my dog?
    We use top-quality products from several well known and reputable brands. All of our products are naturally-based and soap free, so they're safe for your dog's topical flea and tick treatments, and will not wash them out. We have several different shampoos and conditioners that we'll use based on the pet's current condition and any Therapeutic Treatments you may have purchased. Our products are also marked safe for sensitive skin.
  • What's included in a standard bath?
    All bathing and grooming services include: Cleansing bath with appropriate shampoo Blueberry Facial Scrub to remove tear staining and clean the delicate skin of the face Ear cleaning Blow dry Complete brushing Teeth brushing Nail trim Cologne or no cologne (we'll ask you first) Bows or bandana We'll return your pet as dry as possible, but some pets get scared when our dryers run as they can be very loud. We have other methods of drying, but we'll always do what's best for the pet.
  • What's included in a mini groom?
    All mini grooming services include: Cleansing bath with appropriate shampoo Blueberry Facial Scrub to remove tear staining and clean the delicate skin of the face Ear cleaning Blow dry Complete brushing Cologne or no cologne (we'll ask you first) Bows or bandana Trim of paw pads, sanitary area and eye area. We'll return your pet as dry as possible, but some pets get scared when our dryers run as they can be very loud. We have other methods of drying, but we'll always do what's best for the pet.
  • Can you bathe my pet with shampoo I or my veterinarian have provided?
    We prefer to use our own shampoos and conditioners, as we're aware of their usage instructions and dilution rates, etc. We will, however, use veterinarian-prescribed shampoos as needed. Please note, we cannot use dips in our vehicles.
  • Are you licensed and insured?
    We are both licensed and insured in the state of Georgia! All of our groomers also have cleared a background screening.
  • Do you kennel dry dogs?
    No part of our bathing or grooming process, from start to finish, utilizes a kennel. We're proud to offer a one-on-one, cage free environment!
  • How is my pet's safety ensured during your services?
    We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment for both your pet and our groomers. Our vehicles are equipped with: Air conditioning and heating systems to maintain a comfortable environment Ramps or steps to help your pet in and out of our vehicles and bath tubs Grooming restraints (a lot like a leash and collar) to maintain safety during services First Aid kits Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors Disinfectants that are used between all pets on all surfaces
  • What do your groomers do in the event of an emergency?
    In the rare event of an emergency, our groomers will first contact you, and take your pet to a veterinary partner if needed. Per our Service Agreement signed upon booking your appointment, any veterinarian fees are responsibility of the pet parent.
  • Will you sedate my pet?
    We will never sedate your pet, nor will we accept any pets that have been sedated. To ensure safety for both your pet and our groomers, please let us know if your pet has any behavioral issues that may impact their ability to be serviced. Please note, if your pet shows signs of stress or is uncooperative or uncomfortable, we may stop the bathing service and return your pet to you.
  • Can you provide flea and tick treatments?
    Outside of our flea and tick baths, we do not offer flea and tick treatment administration. We also recommed you wait 24 hours after your pet's bath before administering these treatments.
  • When is my payment due?
    For standard services, we only accept payment at the time of service completion. We'll bring your pet back to your door and collect payment at that time. The only exception is with prepaid Wash Club memberships, which you can read about here, where our bathing services are prepaid and prebooked.
  • Can I tip my groomer?
    Absolutely! Tips can be made in cash, or on your credit card when you checkout.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash and credit/debit purchases only. We do not accept checks. Our groomers will have a mobile credit card reader to complete your purchase in person, or you can pay with cash.
